These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) govern the use of the website and services provided by (the “Site”), a product of BREADCHOC, SAS, with its registered office at 6 RUE D ARMAILLE 75017 PARIS 17, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the SIREN number 950 769 257, and with the intra-community VAT number FR85 950 769 257 (hereinafter referred to as “BREADCHOC”).

Services offered offers cryptocurrency analysis services and decision-making tools, including price scanners, technical indicators, customizable alerts, and market management screens. The services are provided in real-time and can be configured according to user preferences.

Subscriptions and payments

The Site offers three subscription plans: Starter, Pro, and Premium. The rates and payment methods are specified on the Site. Subscriptions are automatically renewable until terminated by the user.

Cancellation and refund

BREADCHOC reserves the right to cancel a subscription and refund the amount corresponding to the remaining subscription time if it detects abnormal or abusive use of its services. This cancellation will be notified by email to the concerned user.

Use of webhook

When a subscriber subscribes to a service, the subscription amount is set according to the pricing grid in force for the chosen currency and will not change for that subscriber as long as they remain subscribed.

BREADCHOC reserves the right to revise its rates based on currency fluctuations. Rate changes will only affect new subscribers, and current subscribers will continue to pay the amount they initially subscribed to. Users are responsible for checking the applicable rates for their currency from reliable sources before subscribing to the services offered on the Site.

International users

The Site is accessible to users worldwide. BREADCHOC does not guarantee that the services offered on the Site are suitable or available for use in all countries. Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence.
