Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of services carried out by BREADCHOC, SAS, whose registered office is located at 6 RUE D ARMAILLE 75017 PARIS 17, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 950 769 257, and with the intra-community VAT number FR85 950 769 257 (hereinafter referred to as “BREADCHOC”), on its website CryptoView.io (the “Site”).
These GTC apply to the exclusion of any other document. By subscribing to a service offered on the Site, the customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.
Services offered
CryptoView.io offers cryptocurrency analysis services and decision-making tools, including price scanners, technical indicators, customizable alerts, and market management screens. The services are offered in real-time and are configurable according to customer preferences.
Subscriptions and Rates
The Site offers three monthly subscription plans: Starter, Pro, and Premium. The prices and payment terms of our subscription plans are specified on the Site. Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly until they are terminated by the customer.
Cancellation of the subscription by the customer
Our subscriptions have no commitment and the customer has the ability to cancel their subscription at any time and without any additional fees.
To do this, they simply need to follow the procedure below: once logged into our services, the customer must access their payment plan through our payment provider Stripe and their Portal service.
- From the site, sign in on the login page. A redirection to the application will be made.
- From the application, click on the user account menu located at the top right.
- Select the option “User Account”.
- On the “User Account” page, choose the 3rd tab “Your Subscription”.
- At the bottom of the “Your Subscription” page, click on the “Manage your subscription”.
- Once on the Stripe Portal interface, click on “Cancel plan”.
It is important to note that the termination will be effective at the end of the current month. No refund will be made for the remaining days until the current subscription period after termination.
Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is concluded between BREADCHOC and the customer upon validation of the customer’s payment and confirmation of the order by BREADCHOC. BREADCHOC reserves the right to refuse an order if it believes that it presents a risk to itself or the customer.
Payment
Payment for services subscribed to on the Site must be made online through the services of our partner Stripe. BREADCHOC uses the “Stripe Checkout” and “Stripe Portal” services to facilitate and secure transactions. Customers can make their payments by credit card. Payments are secure, and BREADCHOC does not store the customer’s bank details.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable legislation on distance selling, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise his right of withdrawal without reason or penalty. However, if the customer starts using the services before the expiration of this period, he expressly waives his right of withdrawal.
Cancellation and refund
BREADCHOC reserves the right to cancel a subscription and refund the amount corresponding to the remaining time of the subscription if it detects abnormal or abusive use of its services. This cancellation will be notified by email to the customer concerned.
Liability
CryptoView.io is an information site and does not provide financial advice. Customers are responsible for their decisions and actions in financial markets. BREADCHOC cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of its Site or its services.
Data protection
BREADCHOC is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers located in the European Union. Force majeure
BREADCHOC cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, as defined by French jurisprudence.
Languages
The Site may be available in multiple languages. However, BREADCHOC does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of translations. In case of discrepancy between the French version of these GTC and their translation in another language, the French version shall prevail.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
