Affiliate Program: Commission Schedule
This Advertising Fee Schedule of the Affiliate Program (the “Schedule”) is part of the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the Affiliate Program. This Schedule outlines the advertising fee rates you can earn as a participant in the Program. It also describes the limitations applicable to earning advertising fees on certain Products.From time to time, we may modify this Schedule in accordance with the Operating Agreement. All capitalized terms used below that are not defined on this page have the meaning given to them in the Operating Agreement.
During each calendar month, you can earn advertising fees for Qualified Purchases. Most advertising fees are calculated as a percentage of Qualified Revenues based on the tables below and are subject to the limitations described in the “Limitations on Advertising Fee Rates for Certain Products” section below. We may also offer advertising fees in the form of bonuses or other special offers as described in the “Special Offers and Promotions” section below. “Qualified Revenues” refer to the amounts we receive from customers’ qualified purchases, excluding shipping, handling, gift wrapping, taxes, and service fees, and less refunds, credit card processing fees, returns, and bad debts.
The standard advertising fee structure of the Program is described in Table 1. The advertising fee rates you can earn will vary depending on the category of Products that are shipped, streamed, or downloaded (as applicable) in a given calendar month and that constitute Qualified Purchases. We will determine the classification of Products in each category defined in Table 1 below or otherwise described on this page.

From time to time, we may make changes to the advertising fee rates, including but not limited to 1.) Excluding certain products or product categories from earning advertising fees and/or 2.) Reducing or increasing the advertising fees for specific products or product categories. We may also organize special or time-limited offers or promotions, during which you can earn advertising fees on Products or product categories that were previously excluded from earning advertising fees, or you can earn increased advertising fee rates compared to those established above.We may inform you of these exclusions, rate changes, special offers or promotions by updating this page or via emails, blog posts, or other means.
