He asserts, “As long as it doesn’t drop below $33,500, it’s a bullish signal. We can now draw a channel. It’s an exquisite channel. We’re currently in the middle of this channel. There’s a high likelihood of an upward breakout. Let’s wait and see how long it lasts. It’s more likely to be a breakout than a breakdown. However, it could go either way.”
Target for the Breakout
Once the Bitcoin breakout is confirmed, Vays sets a “reasonable target” for an 8 to 10% rally. He also mentions that if Bitcoin experiences a pullback, it may bottom out before hitting the $30,000 mark. This is where several critical moving averages are positioned, offering potential support.
“This is a solid support area at $28,000. I’m a big fan of this support zone. It would be fantastic if Bitcoin’s price could reach this support level.
